"I did not have a great experience with this agent or his staff. He never contacted me to go over my policies, not even once. When I did contact him about my homeowners insurance because his staff could not answer my questions, he acted like I was wasting his time and like he was doing me a favor. His staff can do quotes but can’t answer questions. Recently I did not receive any notice of the CA auto rate increase. I asked his staff if I could get a dated notice and both skirted my question and I never received a dated notice. This is unacceptable and was the last straw for the shabby customer service that I have been receiving. I was too frustrated dealing with the staff and the agent that was no where to be found. Glad I left."
